Bad service

Hi I have received no assistance from the bank consultants after spending more than R80 of airtime trying to re arrange on my loan and credit card accounts monthly installment FNB concultant advise that the option not available on my loan account with no joy I never got the assistance from the bank I don't was the right to re arrange and extended the term as per my affordability
