bad service

Went to fnb Mall of the south yesterday worst service ever besides the waiting , wanted to query the charges on my account and also to be advised on other options of account but got assisted for one thing and told i am only paying two charges for overdraft and monthly banking charges , we did not even go through my transaction history as i was hoping for . really disappointing . if anyone can call me and we discuss the issue as its the reason i had to even move banks.
