Bad service

The level of anger I have towards this bank is really annoying now firstly I sit for 45min at their stupid branch to have a payment reversed because for some reason ****** cellphone banking is not working as well and I asked so nicely for that specific debit order to be stopped to my surprise I wake Monday morning with a -R320 of charges this like the final straw I am seriously closing my account with these people
