Bad service

The FNB Business section is the most unhelpful bank I came across. Been sitting on line with them for 45 min then the call got dropped. They have ALL my details why could they not just have called me back and assist me? The consultant which answered the call was also not interested in really solving my query...So FNB you DON"T want to help me!
