Bad service

Good day On the 7th June 2021, I send an email to my private banker requesting information regarding changing from Private client to Silver card. The reason the services is no that is not good and the fees are high. After being rejected for Homeloan application and getting it from another that gave more reason to downgrade. I am still waiting for the response. I think I can use the fees amount to pay something else. Regards
