Bad service experience

Biggest regret was buying a phone from fnb, normally at I store 1st cracked screen repairs is free at Istore if the phone is under warranty. I so wish I went straight to Istore and bought the phone. FNB is telling me even if the phone is under warranty I will still have to pay for it to get it fixed
