Bad service ever

I struggle now for many months with fnb about my life policy they just can't resolve my issues they phone yesterday and tell me that I they can offer me my policy back I told them I am not interested anymore as they did not treat me well so I want them to refund my money now they have lots off stories I will complain until the refund me my money and this made me go to the doctors everyday because off my health as someone did not do they job
