BAD SERVICE EVER

ive had an FNB Connect SIM card for a while now and have been managing it quite well. last month i was billed over R350 for a contract that costs R69 (no statement of inofrmation is sent to the customer by the way. you just get an sms that a debit order has gone through). i called FNB after the debit order (which i did not despute) requesting that they cap my sim. on the 21st on Nov i ran out of data and noticed that my SIM cas not capped. i then called and was informed that it was not capped and that it could only be done on the 1st of Dec. few days from there i receive a notice to inform me that a debit order of over R350 did not go through.

1. I had left enough funds for the R69.00 debit order to go through

2. FNB is telling me that i need to pay the debit order then it can be reversed (this makes no sense to me and i will not oblige as this is total *******)

3. i would like the R100 that i paid for the debit order that did not go through refunded back to my account please.

I have called the call centre numerous times, yesterday i ws on the phone with FNB for over an hour because i do not have sevices and no one can really tell me anything.

Is this how customers are treated??
