BAD SERVICE (EFT PAYMENT)

I am so disappointed with the services that I am receiving from FNB. I made an EFT payment from my FNB account into a Nedbank account on 13 April 2023 at 11:06, to date the recipient hasn't received the money. However, I received a payment notification in my emails but the money never reached the recipient. I went to the nearest branch and they advise that I call FNB customer service to help with the above-mentioned issue. However, I am being transferred from one person to another. I am unhappy with the service that FNB offers because I did the same transaction with Capitec and never encountered such problems.
