Bad service

My brother left my 18 year old daughter some money for school. I have been paying for her school fees for some time with this money. This year I have had too many issues. My daughter's accommodation is not yet paid, her tuition was not paid in full meaning I'm going to forfeit the discount. I'm not even sure if they will pay for books on time and classes are starting on the 19th. FNB has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm even thinking of moving banks after banking with them for 11 year.
