Bad Service

I want to close my credit card with FNB, but I have credit in my credit card,they said they will refund me within 5 days. After 15 days stil no refund,have to go back to theFnb bank in Newton Park,do all the verifications again,phone them again, they promise me again within 5 days,still no refund. Pathetic. Next step will be the ombudsman.
