Bad service

To my previous complaint I got a call from your complaint division i asked about three times to get me in writipng as im busy with appointments or on the road ,PLEASE Let SOMEONE THAT GOT SOME SENCE CAN LISTEN FOR THE RECORDING I told yes for sure they tried to call me 3 or 4 times couldn't call back ,then I got email that stated we tried to call you numerous times and there is no answer are you for real? I don't need from you nothing I just want to explain a supposedly relationship of over 30 year ,December i am moving me in personal capacity my workers my wife my son my business i wish people will follow, and the biggest joke on the first recording i asked email as well ,and maybe a robot told me my buisness dose not exist ???
