Bad Service

i recently opened an account and card was delivered there, they did not even send me an SMS notifying me that card its ready for collection, i had to call DSV for them to confirm that they have sent the card, i went there during my lunch, it took 1h for me to get assisted, they gave me the card and i requested for them to set up my online banking, they advised that i have two profiles they cannot retrieve my logins i should call the customer care line they will assist me, i asked if i have to be in branch they said no you can call from your workplace, when i called online banking maintenance they referred me to the branch

who is really going to help me here, I had asked my boss to quickly go to the bank, if I ask again my boss won't allow me, now am stuck with a card that I don't even know the account number of, they never gave me bank confirmation letter, FNB service it's a ****, I thought you guys were better than Capitec but looks like Capitec its better than you guys
