Bad Service

Huge delay in processing documents for account opening. Waiting period has passed and still documents havent been processed. My business is suffering due to this delay. I called a couple of times and they telling me to wait another 1-3 days, I visited the branch and they couldnt help me as well. I have lost a couple of clients now becaus e of the service from FNB.
