Bad Service

Had a revolving loan with FNB which I feel they have over indebted me back in in the years, they keep closing and opening it as the please in my credit bureaus, I don't know how the hell I qualified for a revolving loan of R60000 with less than a R1000 after all expenses. it's been almost 6 months that I requested for documents used on application of loan, but I get no feedback. I did explain that I want to take the matter to ombudsman but they are not assisting. Social media is what makes them attend to matters, they won't stop me till the matter is resolved
