Bad service

I reversed a d/o that was 40 days old. The process took more than 40 days. The money was never in my account, however I recieved a message saying money will be available in your account within 5 working days. The 5 working days ended on the 28July 2021. Money is not yet in my account. I called and I was ttamsferred from 1 department to the other for an hour.

I just want to know where did the money go. This is really unprofessional that your agents dont know what to do with a matter like that. I want my money.
