Bad service

On the 14th June I went to apply for a personal loan in dobsonville branch and the consultant told me that I would receive the funds in 2 hours because I had a urgent matter to attend to I borrowed money from a friend hoping that the loan money will kick in till today I'm still waiting and I also called the call center they didn't give me a reason to why I haven't received the funds and the lady who was assisting me nonto or ntonto was very rude and impatient with me I tried applying in other banks the lady advised that I can't because fnb is still in process I should wait I'm still waiting till today it is such a big inconvenience
