BAD SERVICE
Good Morning how can you blacklist someone while he is paying and play hide and sick when he is looking for answers. I was told that my complain will be escalated to the management and than the consultant phoned and said FNB LOANS department will call to explain what happened and how are they going to fix the mess they have created.

15 Oct 2019, 15:02I would like to give thanks to the consultant who to took his time to explain who this mess happened, if it wasn't for all the complains I have been lodging on hellopeter I wouldn't know all of the thinks that came to light today. But I am still unhappy how my account was handled by the bank. to send my account to the external debt collector without my concerned was totally out of order. to be told that there is nothing the bank can do to rectify this as the they did it because they are obligated by law. do we have a law that protect customers in South Africa? seemingly there is none
