Bad service

The autoqueing at this branch is entirely ignored by the tellers. I am presently at the bank waiting my turn when a boisterous lady was allowed access to a teller without the required ticket or ticket number.

Completely unacceptable and certainly no what we expect from a service point of view from an established and somehow still respected entity such as
