Bad service

I've been calling FNB call centre since November last year regarding buying shares department but each time I call I get sent from pillar to post, I'd be transferred to the share department and the shares department would tell me to contact Sales department and sales department would also send me to other departments. This service is unacceptable and the FNB cheque account that I have money just disappears all the time and wanna cancel it
