Bad service due to Lack of experience

After a 75min secure chat and 6 transfers I log out before I die. Every transfer you start the whole explanation over again. The most useless team in the whole world tried to help me today. If this is the people we depend on we are going to be banking under the matress shortly

I decided to call my banker and he apologized for the inconvenience and told me to phone the ***** department directly. 1st call 45min 2nd call 25min 3rd call 20min and got helped.

I do apologize if I sound frustrated but you know what we pay alot of banking fees only to be stuffed around and then pay for phone calls and data unnecessary because of your *********** staff. Please inform us as clients that the company cannot handle certain types of transactions and volumes so that we can avoid being costly disappointed.

I sincerely hope that people read my review and this is all over but we the clients have the power to force the suppliers to give us better service by means of withdrawal our business with them.
