Bad service dont communicate with clients

Good day i am soooo mad with this bank. Honestly the worste bank to bank with. I was at the bank today as we were enquiring on our bond. The lady at bank dailed the number and we spoke to a consultant. Our house was basicall sold last year but the buyers cancel the bond their side and wrnt A wall. The bank told is out house is still on 90 days notice period and the laywers contacted them. To our shock.. We were never ever updated on any of this . they insists emails was sent. We feel sooo no longer safe banking with this bank. This are done on our behalf no coms. We were not sure of a proceaa when selling the house as it is our first time. Tje bank didnt communicate with hs once.i need an agent to contact me and explain why dont u commumicate with your clients.. Apparently our bond is on 90 days cancelation.. Wow without is knowing. Please come back to me!!!
