Bad service debt review department

I am trying to get hold of someone in the FNB debt review department for updated balances on all my accounts and also to verify account numbers. I am in the process of paying off my debt but it seems like there is just no service from FNB. No one replies, no one wants to help. Would not recommend FNB to anyone
