BAD SERVICE - DEBT REVIEW DEPARTMENT

What a dissappointment, I have been banking with FNB for 25 years!! First time that I need an overdraft facility for my business they are throwing me from pillar to post!

I have got a lot of different business accounts for various types of businesses.

Just because they have not assigned a banker on my personal account to sort out a hick-up, my business banker connect proceed to help me. REALLY!!!!

Why do I need to beg to be assisted, I am sure that the battle doesn't need to be this difficult!!!

Come on FNB get your act together, take care of the people that have supported you and remained loyal!!
