BAD SERVICE

I am unable to get anyone to resolve my call. I received the following email on the 18th of March. Kindly be advised your FNB Personal Loan account - 4-000-***-472-*** has a Prepayment(credit) which can cover 2 months installments. As per our telephonic conversation the debit orders cant be stopped as per your credit agreement and the Debi check mandate that is active. Please note that if the debit order for the FNB Personal Loan - 4-000-***-472-*** is processed, we can send a refund request that will take up to 48 business hours. These were the exact words from the bank!!!!

I WANT THE REFUND IN 48 HOURS as per their email and not the run around that I am currently getting.
