Bad service

I' really don't understand why FNB is still using CCD couriers because they are ***********.no customer service and they don't even care.ive been waiting for my card to be delivered for 2 weeks now. they sent me an SMS saying they are unable to deliver without even telling me the reason.next think they tell me to go to the branch.i don't have time to go to the branch.i want the card to be delivered at the address I gave them.
