Bad service

I really need to understand how ur guys temp loans actually work. I have a premier account with you guys. And have a monthly temp loan which I have been using to boost my credit record since I got advise from one of ur consultants at the bank that me using the temp loan Is a easy way boost my credit. But now all of a sudden it's not available an when I as ur consultants all I'm told is that I the system calculates it. Which I don't understand cause Iv always paid on time an never taken up any new debt. So make me understand what changed on my profile cause this is nonsense.
