Bad Service

Some needs to sort out this drama asap. I was pre -approved for a Credit Card in Dec, I started the process on the app however was not sure of the payment option and closed the app. I called in to continue the application and was told to send my 3 months payslips, which I did. And advised that I first want to view the quote before accepting the facility. A debi check mandate was sent to me on Friday, I didnt accept as I didnt view the Quote yet, When I tried to accept the debicheck mandate on Monday it expired. Roekshana from Credit Card support advised another debicheck mandate cannot be generated and I need to reapply. She didnt advise me that I would need to do another credit check and there is a possiblity it could be declined. I am getting pushed from pillar to post and cut off when trying to get through. Someone needs to sort this out and call me back
