Bad service

After I wrote on Hellopeter regarding the poor services from FNB, I received two call. One from a lady who requested my information and advise that she will escalate the matter. A gentlemen called and gave me a reference number and advised that he will get the Housing Department to contact me regarding my bond.. To date I still have not received a call from Housing Department.. This is so annoying and proves that FNB services is very bad..it’s sooooo annoying..
