BAD SERVICE

I have had it with this bank. I requested to downgrade my account telephonically and the consultant that assisted me advised that it was successful, I was shocked to see Premier fees being charged again. I then went inside the branch to close the account and its been close to a month now giving me a run around. I am getting no reasons as to why I cannot downgrade nor close. I need this sorted ASAP
