Bad service

On the 23rd of September 2023 [07:46] I went to withdraw my salary on a FNB ATM BRANCH n the ATM went of before the money came out so the security guard that was on duty said it's the network it's been doing that so it will reflect back to my account.08:30 I went inside the branch n I was told to go to my banker which is AFRICAN BANK n so I went and I was told the complaint is been logged the process will take 30days so I if i would go to an ATM just to withdraw money that I didn't have needs for, so please help me because I need that money because that's all my salary.Iam Phindile Nkosi and my is ***
