Bad service!

My account has been blocked due to ********** activities. I've been been to over 5 FNB branches called agents but still haven't received assistance! My salary needs to be paid into my account but I current have no access to the account. Ive been transferred from one place to another and hadn't received any help at all! Once the case had been sorted I'm definitely closing my account as the bank has failed me dismally.
