Bad service

FNB is back for its disgusting service. Today I was supposed to tranfser money to my somebody I knew that ihave balange of R416.from Friday to my suprised I was left with R60 money was debited by FNB for funeral and laa oncall.I tried to reverse it but ow not reflected on my account. I tried to do chat tje person who was assisting me instead of helping me she forwarded tel no for FNB oncall worse it was after 16h00.but I told her that i can't reserved it so iwas ****ed of because i get paid in the 20th not 18 when i said that i wll indicate this service on hello Peter that lady responded by saying am welcomed.you can't just do the way you want into my account there is a budget to do. This is a big inconvenience 20th is on Monday why this 2debits before i have other accounts with FNB bur they didn't try to debit why this.i wll reverse this money they will deduct on the payday.
