Bad service card deliveries and personal assistance

I am very happy with FNB bank but as for personal assistance and card delivery it is shameful. I spoke to 2 bankers about my cheque card delivery already and it took ages. 15 mins on app. I ordered 2 cards. The one i ordered first still not delivered. As for loans dept. Used over a hundred rands of airtime and cut off 3 times. The authentication process and messaging in the first 3 mins of the call takes too much airtime. And then you wait. When you reach a person you are cut off because your airtime is finished. Unacceptable FBB. You can do better than this really. It is not how can i help you it is how can i NOT HELP you. Unacceptable.
