Bad service

I went in today to the Springs Mall branch to transfer my app from one device to the other. The customer service was ****!

I stood in line for more than an hour only for the service person to tell me I need my bank card???

I had my ID with me as well.

She just turns around as though Im waisting her time.

I don't know how you get such rude people dealing with public .

Very bad service. At least she could have clearly stated what is needed, she turns her back and walks away.
