Bad Service

I went to open a new account and close my old account. I was give a bank letter to send it to my debit orders. I thought that they will help me to switch my debit orders and now I'm sitting with the problem of transferring funds to the very same account that I wanted to close it. Because my debit orders are bouncing back. I should have open with my new account with another bank. What is the use of having a private Banker that has no time for you.
