Bad service
I have been trying to get threw to fnb law o call I have been having this problem continuously trying to get threw and spending all of airtime. I don't understand,this service is suppose to be free ,if anything happens how do you call them if you dnt have airtime. I was given a direct number but it says the call will be charged in dollars. Pathetic.

03 Mar 2022, 10:50So guess what happened today ,nobody showed up in court as they promised.I called them over and over and i was promised that a lawyer would be there but nobody was even there.From my point of view I will rather go with legal wise because the service of fnb is appauling.All they do is call you ,and appologise but they can't render a service to you that you paying for.I have to phone them to ask where they were today and i still didn't get a exsplanation as to where they were.Now they appointing someone else to the case but if they didn't come to court for this hearing.I have no faith that they will come for the next hearing at all.Ive heard some really bad things about fnb law on call but know I can say with experience that its all true.Worse service provider ever.You will go to jail and they won't even care along as you pay your monthly fee for them to do absolutely nothing.Disgusted by the way they went about this.
