bad service

Currently I am very unhappy with the service of FNB and feel the need to share. Last week Thursday I noticed *****ulent activity on my account, so naturally as anyone would do I contact the ***** department to report it, eventually get to speak to a person which in my opinion was extremely unhelpful, extremely rude and lacked the training or knowledge to be able to answer any of the questions I had regarding the matter. I mentioned to the person that money had been taken from my account and I only noticed once I had logged into my account that this was the second amount that had been ****** from me, the first being on the 4th of Jan this year. I explained to this person that the money that was in my account was money borrowed as I am unemployed so I can renew my drivers license and with this I had a few questions as to what the process would be, this person could by no means give me any answers what so ever, every time I had a question I would be told to just hold on and when she returns my questions still remain unanswered and avoided. I was eventually told that my card was canceled and that I am to go to a branch for a new card which will also cost me R160, to my shock I again explained that the money borrowed was all I had in my account and due to this ***** my account is now in a minus how am I supposed to get a new card then, the response I got was …I don’t know… I have been a client of FNB for many years and honestly the service just seems to dwindle at a terrible rate. Up until now I have had no response from FNB regarding this matter as I was told I be contacted. It is very concerning that I have to leave the little money I have in the hands of those unable to keep it safe, so my conclusion is whether you have cash in hand or in a bank its just not safe
