Bad service

I have asked fnb to close my Cheque account because I have been having several problems with unpaids, I have tried plenty times to close it and now I’m sitting on a negative balance. Please I won’t pay those fees cause I don’t understand what’s sooo hard about closing an account that’s no longer useful to me
