BAD SERVICE

I went to a branch in Middestad ( Polokwane )next to the Pick n Pay, requesting them to add my Nedbank account so i can pay it via the Atm . I was told to do this on the app, which I DO NOT HAVE, then was send from this counter to this counter. I ended up leaving the branch without assistance.

If I do not have the app, does it mean i must close my account and go to another bank?
