Bad service

I have been a client for FNB for more than 20 years now and I am always upset about the service I always get from them. I get debit orders which I do not know and are unable to reverse, I always get the transaction of the cash which I do not know from my account and this cash is not traceable.

On the 21 June, 8 transaction made from my account which does not have a reference, can FNB explain this because I cannot afford to deal with the company which is very reckless with my funds,
