bad service

I am been with them for 5 years.

now I want to close my account I have already opened a new account with them. now they tell me it take 10 days to close the old account.

i mean what about the extra banking costs who is going to pay that???

there is mos a reason for closing an account and wanting it to be done immediately or is that to much to ask?
