BAD SERVICE BY THE CREDIT CARD ***** DEPARTMENT

I called fnb bank credit card ***** department on the 22 December 2022 to report ***** on my credit card, I spoke to a lady by the name of Nomvula Tyeku to open a case of ***** with Regards to this issue I thought she had assisted me until I found out on 11 January 2023 that actually nothing was done and No ***** case was opened by her I find this extremely bad service and I feel fnb bank needs to really do something about their credit card ***** department as thier service is extremely Bad
