Bad service by not informing clients of changes

I've just discovered (May 2022) that there has been rule changes in earning ebucks with regards to fuel purchases. You now have to register your vehicles with FNB to earn ebucks. This change was in effect from 1 July 2021. I have not been informed of this change. This is very upsetting as I could've earned hundreds of Rands every month via ebucks. Not only should you inform clients of such changes, but you should be making life easier for them, not more difficult. I don't know if this is in an attempt to make things easier for FNB or if they are hoping people don't register their vehicles and thus saving FNB money by not having clients earn ebucks. Then when I contact FNB with their secure chat, I'm told to contact the ebucks team to check my contacts details with no apology. Pathetic service, really.
