Bad service by FNB
App**** for temporary relief in my personal loan installment via the my FNB app, only to be put in arrears & double debited. Only now being informed thart i appled for interest rate relief in my Debit fusion account. Furthermore no one seems to know whart i app**** for & theres no one to talk to😞😡😠

03 Jul 2024, 14:49Its been 7 days & FNB hasn't resolve my query. I get calls from different departments asking me. To repeat myself over & over, no assistance from supervisor Logan Olivier, Lerato from resolution department & Petunia collections
Its true what has been written about FNB, doesn't care about its black customers, they over indebting us & milking every cent we supposed to have for a chance of survival
