bad service by ***** analyst dineo letsoko

Good evening i write with a bleeding heart as i believe that my matter was no solved with care and support here is my story i had an account with Fnb that i opened for me to be able to save and staff as a trade so what happened was that i got money on my account of which was regarded as *****ulent and my account was blocked on 30 december 2024 , ok i have been corresponding with the ***** analyst that was in contact with me did everything she asked of me then later she sended me a general conditions of the bank and cancel my contract and any relationships i had with find then she said i should send her the proof of payments for my funds i need to access from the bank of which i did then she said she is waiting for the documents to be verified and will provide feedback once the documents are being verified by the tyme of which i the bank i used to make payment to my Fnb account then after i sended he emails she replyed saying that i wont be getting any money from fnb as my funds are also *****ulent and my question is tyme would have freezed my account if those funds were *****ulent but no i even called tyme bank to check if my account is blocked or freezed in any ***** that i did no but Fnb ***** analyst dineo LETSOKO she is refusing to give me my balance on the account she closed even she is no respond to any of my emails after that email she sended to me of my money if *****ulent i demand FNB TO GIVE ME MY BALANCE in state of ****ming me what is right full to me .
