Bad service Business Banking

<p>After opening an account with FNB they confirmed that the account's active and we can start using the account. I even received a letter from the bank. Today our drivers were stranded next to the road due to there incompetence. I have been tring since 15h30 to get hold of higher Management. I have been tranferred to 7 different numbers which does not exist. After logging a complaint I have been informed that I have to wait 3 days for an responce. I told the woman that I'm going to close the account and she said that will be fine</p>
