Bad Service Between Truworth and FNB I want my R500.

I payed Truworth R500 through my FNB banking app. It reflects on my account that the money has been payed by my bank, to Truworth standard bank account. FNB I am still waiting for the response. The date of the transaction the 28-02-2021.
