Bad Service

Im extremely furious with FNB since the day i opened this account i have been experiencing issues.Ebucks rewards seems completely low. I have been buying at participating partners only to a R12 back in ebucks today.Im told you must use your Virtual Card when i used the Virtual card my purchases were duplicated thus affecting my account negatively.I am not please with Fnb at all and feel like opening a bank account somewhere else.Service is too bad.
