Bad service

They put my account on hold 4months ago I put in queries regarding my policy no one has come back to me i phone them no one help me I have all the proof when I request my money back from the policy they said my policy lapse but I send the documents thru way long before that policy lapse the guy that deal with my case is *** but he on really not someone that come back
